Eunice became a licensed realtor & full time real estate sales agent in 1986. Quickly becoming a top producer she expanded her career into marketing national franchises as well as listing & selling homes. A strong proponent of continuing education for realtors, she became a Certified Real Estate Broker (CRB) & was certified by the State of Washington & a national firm as a real estate trainer. By 1995 Eunice had obtained several designations such as: Certified Real Estate Specialists (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Specialists in Technology (e-Pro), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Certified Sales Professional in new homes (CSP). In 2000 Eunice joined a local Tri-Cities real estate firm recruiting new realtors and providing state mandatory continuing education while selling half time. In 2004 Eunice joined Desert Hills Realty again working as a full time Realtor. Her extensive knowledge of real estate law & practices provide her clients with truly unique resources.

I enjoy entertaining and gourmet cooking only behind experiencing good wine with friends and family. My second life long enjoyment is gardening, working in my yard, and canning thanks to the personal instruction from my Grandmother. Horses have also been a life long passion but as my body ages that becomes more difficult so I just feed and take care of two horses and a Jinny burrow.
